Enthusiasm to the training stimulate and drill crew to get in a team which can communicate as well as solve the problem together is visible higher. It could be seen from response of Humolco pool following up their willingness to join this training.
There are 34 Humolco crew plus 1 journalist of Investor Daily look very glad doing the challenges given in this Soft Skill Training held on 24 November 2009 take venue at Cibubur.
As for this 2nd batch training, it remains emphasize communication, problem solving and leadership. It is more perfect since this training is attended by President Director PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk., General Manager Marine and Technical Humolco Trans. Inc., Capt. I. Matsumoto and Capt. M. Wada from Mitsui OSK Lines Ltd. Tokyo want to see the training process.
Besides completing the challenges, there are also group discussions to bridge communication between crew and on shore staff. The participant response is they have willingness to join this training again when they are off-board.
At 16.00hrs, President Director PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. closes this training by giving motivation to Humolco crew to do the task and responsibilities better.
