As per the HITS' Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter referred to as the AGMS) which held on 27 June 2013 where the 4th decision stated that "agreed that the Board of Commissioners will appoint a public accounting firm that will audit the books of the Company during the year 2013 provided that the designated public accounting firm is a public accounting firm registered with the Financial Services Authority and the determination of the amount of honorarium is in accordance with prevailing procedures and regulations".
