Jakarta - PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. (HITS) celebrated 27th anniversary on 21 December 2019 with the theme "Work Together in Harmony”. For 27 years HITS has carved many achievements. HITS President Director, Budi Haryono, expressed his gratitude that HITS is able to survive in the 6th era of Government.

 

"Three key success factors which make HITS last up to 27 years are Networking, Operational Excellence and Leadership & Governance. At the beginning of 2019, the vision of HITS is towards the world class," he said.

 

Furthermore, he explained that to achieve the vision requires the process of learning continuously and creating the best successor of human resources through the Leaders. "HITS currently has a Business Process that is integrated and comprehensive by each line, with the aim of being more governance, routinely monitored.

 

The foundations are coordination and collaboration, synergy between functions which harmonious so that they can support each other to reach achievements until the end of the year," he added. Through hard work, smart work and complete work, just like the sound on HITS Mars that just launched this morning, coincides with the 27th Anniversary.

 

"I am sure if all of this is done simultaneously, a large vessel called Humpuss Intermoda will move to Grow and Expand. And in five more years, will reach the World-Class in Energy and Infrastructure Company," at the end of the President's Message to all HITS employees on Team Building activities participated by Top Executive to lower levels, in Bogor (12/20).
