Jakarta,March 18th 2021. PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi  Tbk. (“HITS”) rachieved a score 99,33 with the predicate “Very Good” at level 4 on Assessment Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in 2021 based on ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) carried out by independent consultant or assessor PT Mitra Bhadra Consulting. The Assessment starts on December 20th 2021 until March 4th 2022.

 

“On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express my highest appreciation and deep gratitude for all the efforts and cooperation of all employees in all lines of the organization,” said Kemal Imam Santoso, President Director of HITS.

“Proud and grateful, even though in the midst of pandemic Covid-19, the GCG score also managed to exceed the set target, initially we only set a score of 90-95,” said Kemal

“At first i was nervous, when the management set a target score. However, with the confidence that every aspect of compliance, we fulfilled according to the rules and regulations,” Said Okty Saptarini M, Corporate Secretary HITS.

“In the future, the management committed to making GCG a corporate management culture that adheres to principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence as well as fairness and equality.” Said Kemal. Furthermore, every decision making is based on high moral values and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, His added.
