Jakarta, July 14th 2021. PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk. (IDX: HITS) received an award from Warta Ekonomi for implementing a corporate social responsibility program with very excellent especially during the challenge of Covid-19 pandemic. 

The ceremony that was held virtually, on July 14th 2021, accepted directly by President Director of HITS, Kemal Imam Santoso. 

“The award that we received with the title Outstanding Program in Environmental Impacts and Risks Management was given by Warta Ekonomi, it’s a program that has been launched since the beginning of operation, “ Kemal said. For us, an obligation to protect the environment as the effect of operations.

 

“The Warta Ekonomi team examined the performance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of private companies from annual reports, of course I personally felt flattered, “ Okty Saptarini M., Corporate Secretary of HITS, said. The transparency of disclosure all of information about HITS, refer to the expectations of the Stakeholders.

 

“Even though currently we faced a difficult situation due to Covid-19, we commit to implementing ESG (Environment – Social – Governance) very strong,” Kemal said. And we will continue to improve the implementation of corporate social responsibility program and develop methods becoming with the new economy era in Indonesia.
